The primary responsibility of an MH Sales Representative is to seek out, foster, and manage account relationships while working with other members of the MH team to maintain strong client-agency relationships. Our sales team engages with customers to create solutions and ensure a smooth process throughout all phases of the product discovery and sales cycles. Sales representatives regularly keep customers informed of new manufacturer product offerings and advances in the lighting industry. Additionally, they offer technical assistance with the application of our products.

Customer Service

The primary responsibility of an MH Customer Service Representative (Project Specialist) is to be the customer point person within the agency to ensure a smooth transaction throughout the life of an order. This includes taking the necessary steps to ensure timely and accurate deliveries as well as handing post-delivery responsibilities such as returns, problem resolutions, and warranty exchanges.

Quotations

The primary responsibility of an MH Quotations team member is to create an accurate and timely quotation for all of the essential equipment that is required to fulfill bid requirements. They must be highly detail oriented and must thrive in a fast-paved environment while coordinating with the outside sales team, customers, contractors, distributors, and manufacturers to deliver quotations that lead to a successful outcome.

Controls

Controls Sales Engineer

The primary responsibility of an MH Control Sales Engineer is to seek out, foster, and manage account relationships while working with other members of the MH team to maintain strong client-agency relationships. Controls Sales Engineers engage with customers to create solutions and ensure a smooth process throughout all phases of the product discovery and sales cycles. They regularly keep customers informed of new manufacturer product offerings, code requirements, and control device implementation strategies while providing design assistance, systems evaluation, pricing, and programming for commercial and performance lighting systems. Additionally, they offer technical assistance with the application of our products.

Controls Engineer

The primary responsibility of an MH Controls Engineer is to provide high-level guidance and expertise to all stakeholders on projects where controls packages are required. This includes reviewing the electrical engineer’s lighting control design to recommend a lighting control package that will meet the design intent. They develop comprehensive shop drawings to detail the wiring and operation of jobs, and work through the submittal review process to ensure the delivery of the proper materials for a fully functional lighting control package. Throughout the course of a project, MH Controls Engineers are available to answer questions and offer guidance to the MH sales team as well as customers.
